Testimonials

I can't say enough good things about Dr Scotch and Valley Performance Physical Therapy! After a motor vehicle accident, I had a very limited motion in my left arm and elbow and Dr. Scotch helped fix me up. She listened and adapted throughout. I was provided with full exercise routines, demonstrations on how to do them properly and why they mattered. Every session felt focused and personalized. And I regained full strength and mobility, which feels amazing.

If you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also compassionate and attentive, I highly recommend Dr. Scotch and Valley Performance PT. They truly go above and beyond!

I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Kayla, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional physical therapist. I first came to her with neck pain and dizziness, and she helped me make incredible progress. Since then, she has also treated my knee and ankle pain from running, as well as my lower back pain caused by herniated discs.

Kayla is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her techniques, including dry needling and manual manipulation, and she always explains what she’s doing in a way that makes me feel comfortable and confident. She truly listens, tailors each session to what my body needs, and genuinely cares about her patients’ long-term success.

Thanks to Kayla, I’ve been able to move better, feel better, and get back to the activities I love. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist who is both compassionate and truly effective.

Dr Kayla has been a life saver for me and my job. I have had chronic right shoulder and arm pain for about 2 years. I was so happy when I found her and she could help with my pain. I have done dry needling and cupping for about 3 months now and I can finally sleep at night and do my job without pain. She is professional, knowledgeable and she truly is a blessing to me. Thank you Dr Kayla!!!
